Riverbend artists of Grand Valley Participation Opportunities The Dufferin County Museum & Archives (DCMA) invites visual artists to enter “Creative Harvest”, a juried show & sale of original two and three dimensional artworks in all medias including paintings, photography, fibre and sculpture.

Creative Harvest will be exhibited in the Museum’s Silo Gallery from Sunday, September 23 to Sunday, December 16, 2012. Artists are encouraged to create works that support the general theme of ‘harvest time’. This may be broadly interpreted to incorporate any of the following, but not necessarily limited to: fall/fall colour, life on the farm/in the country – past or present, family and local traditions, or autumn landscapes. These descriptors are intended only as a guide. Artistic interpretations covering a wide range of views, issues and perspectives is the goal of this show. Emerging themes of food/food sources, the changing rural landscape, population growth and others are entirely at home in this show.
General Notice: Please feel free to email jeg@rogers.com to post upcoming events on this page that you feel The Riverbend Artists of Grand Valleys may be interested in participating in.

You can be a member or not, the only criteria is that it may be an art-related event that would be of interest to the group.
